Hello my friends,
Welcome to September's journey of Plein Air 365. With September here and gone, that now puts me at just over 3/4 of the way done. 274 paintings along with 274 new locations that I have been so fortunate to visit and try to capture on canvas.
September has always been a busy and exciting month for me, and this year was no exception. It started with my 42nd birthday on the second. That was followed by the Golden Triangle Plein Air event that was held in Denver. I have been lucky enough to have three pieces selected into the show. This was a two week long plein air painting competition that gave the artist a chance to paint the downtown Denver area as well as a few other places. The opening show will be held at the Denver Public Library, Level 7, November 10 from 6-9 pm. Please visit the show and see all the great art, meet the artists, and have a glass of wine.
