Wow! I can't believe it's November already. I don't know about you, but I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. I hope you had a great Halloween and I now I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving, yum!
October was an intriguing month to paint. It had days filled with warmth and color. There were days that make you realize that it is autumn and that winter is very near. Those were the days that were in the mid 20's and nearly three feet of snow had fallen. One thing I do love about this time of year, is where the warmth of autumn blends with the coolness of winter, it makes for challenging paintings! I did realize pretty quickly that I need to carry more white paint with me now. (read complete letter)
