I hope you had a very Merry Christmas. Once again, I find myself a little behind on this letter. November was quite busy, not only with my daily painting, but I also found myself needing to build a new studio. So with a hammer in one hand and a saw in the other, I began to build, and next thing you know, it's Christmas.
November was a wonderful month to paint, with a chill in in the air and snow on the ground, nature provided some lovely scenes. This time of the year has bright, but soft warm light, with stunning cool shadows. (read complete letter)
